Welcome to Notarelytos (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services at notarelytos.com. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Fees for our offerings are outlined in the order form or proposal. Payment is due in full prior to commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit card, cheque, or bank transfer.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Legal Services

Refunds for legal services are evaluated case by case. If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation, we will refund any prepayment, less administrative fees, via the original payment method within 14 days. If work has already commenced, fees corresponding to completed work are non-refundable. However, you may request to reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability, at no extra cost.

3.2 Information Products

If you request a refund for an information product within 14 days of purchase and have accessed less than 20% of the content, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method within 7 days. No refunds are available after this period or if more than 20% of the content has been accessed.

3.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price, less shipping charges, via the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

To reschedule or cancel a legal service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Information products and goods are not subject to rescheduling.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and trademarks provided by Notarelytos remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your internal business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notarelytos’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
